elvador.com ve Elvador yazılımı ("Platform") olarak, kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğine değer veriyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Platformumuzu kullandığınızda sizden hangi kişisel bilgileri topladığımızı, bu bilgileri nasıl kullandığımızı, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve bu bilgilere ilişkin haklarınızın neler olduğunu açıklamak için hazırlanmıştır.

Platformumuzu kullanarak, bu Gizlilik Politikasında açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Topladığımız Kişisel Veriler

Platformumuzu kullanımınıza bağlı olarak sizden aşağıdaki bilgileri toplayabiliriz:

• Giriş Bilgileri (Otel Misafirleri): Otele kayıtlı misafirlerin Platforma girişi için Misafir Numarası ve Oda Numarası.
• İletişim Bilgileri (Duruma Bağlı): Yapay zeka asistanı aracılığıyla rezervasyon yapmanız durumunda Ad, Soyad, E-posta adresi veya Telefon numarası.
• Sohbet Geçmişi: Hizmet kalitesini artırmak, taleplerinizi (canlı destek, rezervasyon vb.) işlemek ve analiz etmek amacıyla yapay zeka ile olan tüm yazışmalarınız.
• Teknik Veriler: IP adresiniz, kullandığınız cihaz (iOS/Android/PC), tarayıcı tipi ve işletim sistemi bilgileri.

3. Verilerinizi Neden Topluyoruz? (İşleme Amaçları)

Topladığımız kişisel verileri aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanıyoruz:

• Platforma giriş yapmanızı ve kimliğinizi doğrulamayı sağlamak.
• Rezervasyon taleplerinizi işleme almak ve tamamlamak.
• Canlı destek taleplerinizi karşılamak ve size daha iyi hizmet sunmak.
• Platformun teknik altyapısını optimize etmek (örn: karanlık/aydınlık tema tercihlerinizi uygulamak, mobil/masaüstü uyumluluğunu sağlamak).

• Yapay Zeka (Gemini API): Sohbetlerin işlenebilmesi için yazışmalarınız (ve içindeki kişisel veriler), yine Google LLC'ye ait olan ve yurt dışında bulunan Gemini API hizmetine aktarılmaktadır.

Ayrıca, yasal talepler doğrultusunda verilerinizi yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile paylaşabiliriz.

6. Veri Güvenliği

Kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak için makul teknik ve idari tedbirleri almaktayız. Verilerinizi yetkisiz erişime, kayba veya kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için Firebase gibi güvenilir altyapı sağlayıcılarını kullanıyoruz. Ancak, internet üzerinden hiçbir veri aktarımının %100 güvenli olmadığını unutmamanız gerekir.

• Login Information (Hotel Guests): Guest Number and Room Number for hotel guests to log in to the Platform.
• Contact Information (Conditional): Name, Surname, E-mail address, or Phone number if you make a reservation through the AI assistant, for the purpose of completing and confirming the reservation.
• Chat History: All your correspondence with the artificial intelligence to improve service quality, process your requests (live support, reservations, etc.), and for analysis.
• Technical Data: Your IP address, the device you use (iOS/Android/PC), browser type, and operating system information.

3. Why We Collect Your Data (Purposes of Processing)

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• To enable you to log in to the Platform and to verify your identity.
• To process and complete your reservation requests.
• To fulfill your live support requests and provide you with better service.
• To optimize the Platform's technical infrastructure (e.g., applying your dark/light theme preferences, ensuring mobile/desktop compatibility).
• To offer you special market discounts or campaigns based on your (estimated) geographical location derived from your IP address.
• To analyze and improve our service quality.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Our Platform uses cookies and local storage technologies to provide you with a better, more personalized service.

• Essential Cookies/Storage: These are necessary for the basic functions of the Platform. For example, authentication data (Firebase Authentication) that keeps your session active as a hotel guest falls into this category.
• Functional Cookies/Storage: These are used to remember your preferences. For instance, storing your "dark theme" or "light theme" choice for your next visit is enabled by this technology.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or for the necessary provision of our services. However, for the Platform to operate, your data is transferred to service providers located abroad:

• Technical Infrastructure (Firebase): All your data and chat logs are securely stored in Firebase services (Google LLC), whose servers are located abroad.
• Artificial Intelligence (Gemini API): To process your chats, your correspondence (including any personal data within it) is transferred to the Gemini API service (Google LLC), which is also located abroad.

Additionally, we may share your data with authorized public institutions and organizations upon legal request.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal data. We use reliable infrastructure providers like Firebase to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, you should remember that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
